Bar Code SATO Electronics Singapore & Barcode SATO International shift to new site.

Singapore - September 13, 2002. Barcode SATO International, the supporting arm of SATO Corporation, announces its expansion plan today.

"Bar Code SATO Electronics Singapore and Barcode SATO International has relocated to a new office on another level above its current facility. The existing office space would be used to house the label production section as well as a warehouse," said Mr. Waki, Managing Director, Barcode SATO International and Bar Code SATO Electronics Singapore.

"Bar Code SATO Electronics has been expanding rapidly to meet our business growth in Asia. In addition, with the incorporation of Barcode SATO International last year, we required a larger office space. And, with the warehouse being relocated to take over the existing office space, it will result in even more prompt delivery services. The tighter inventory control would also mean higher cost savings in the long run," added Mr. Waki.

The new office space has an area of 1216sqm. It also houses a training room that can seat up to 30 people and is also well equipped with new training facilities to conduct both internal and external training sessions.
