If your problem persists despite the above steps, please contact your local vendor, or send an e-mail to the selected Technical Support team nearest to you. Please send all of the following required information:

Version of your computer's Windows operating system
Version of the Label Gallery software. This information can be found in About dialog box in the Help menu
Version of the GalleryDriver for your particular thermal transfer printer
A detailed description of your problems. Explain the steps needed to reproduce the program error you are facing. Attach all the necessary files needed to the error in test environment. Include label file, form file, graphics and database file. We will use your instructions to try and reproduce the error in a proper test environment.
Attach a screen capture of the dialog box with the error message (use the PrintScreen key on your keyboard to take a picture of the error message). The image will be stored in your clipboard, and you can paste the clipboard image in Windows Paint or any standard paint software. Our technical support team will contact you once we receive the necessary information.
