A detailed description of your problems. Explain
the steps needed to reproduce the program error
you are facing. Attach all the necessary files needed
to the error in test environment. Include label
file, form file, graphics and database file. We
will use your instructions to try and reproduce
the error in a proper test environment.

Attach a screen capture of the dialog box with
the error message (use the PrintScreen key on your
keyboard to take a picture of the error message).
The image will be stored in your clipboard, and
you can paste the clipboard image in Windows Paint
or any standard paint software. Our technical support team will contact you once we receive the necessary
information. |
