The SATO Product Support Life Cycle policy provides consistent guidelines for product support. This policy provides a guideline in product availability and support in helping customers and partners with their product planning decisions.
TERMINATION OF SUPPORT FOR LABEL GALLERY ver1
S ATO will terminate support for Label Gallery ver1, a SATO labelling software that has served many satisfied customers worldwide. Reason for the discontinuation: it is no longer viable to support a product that runs on long-unsupported operating system and was developed with now obsolete development tools.
With the end of product life of Label Gallery ver1, it also marks the end of support for other SATO software product offerings (Aviator Dynamic, Aviator Publisher, CXWizard, Dynamic Xtra, Label Wizard, Segsoft).
Support for existing customers will still continue through the end of the product life cycle for Label Gallery ver2 and ver3.
